With a young puppy coming to us mid-Covid alert levels, and knowing the result of neglecting the training and socialising of a puppy early, we engaged Caz to help us with our new family member, Alfie the Papillon. Although we have had many dogs previously Caz showed us new and fun ways to quickly engage with Alfie and lay the foundations of command words for later development. “Working with Carolyn has been an absolute game changer for us. We were facing a lot of struggles with our rescue dog Cole, and combined with having a new baby, stress levels were at an all-time high. We were sadly at a point where I thought we’d have to rehome Cole because I was genuinely concerned for our safety, and it absolutely broke my heart.
